Produk terbaru dilancar. Apabila sains dan alam semulajadi digabungkan, maka lahirlah Nano Nature Water Filter System yang pasti membuat kesihatan anda bertambah baik.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Nano Nature Water Filtration System:

Q1: NN Filtration System has only 2+1 stages of filtration and it is
our unique selling point. How is it better compared to filters
with 6 stages or even 8 stages of filtration?

A: There are 3 basic types of filtration: biological, chemical and
mechanical. All competitors’ filters, as well as the Nano Water
Filtration System, perform chemical and mechanical filtration – 2
processes.
Our filter is more efficient than a 6 or 8 stage filter because the 2
processes are completed in 2 stages, not 6 or 8. With 2 stages in
one filter, our filter has fewer parts, less leak points, and is easier
to install, maintain and repair.
Other filters that use biological processes like UV can often result
in toxic waste from the UV lights.

Q2: If there’s no need to wash the filter, would the sediments trapped in
the filter result in building up of Trihalomethanes (THM) that has a
carcinogenic effect on the water through time?

A: The NanoNature filter was tested for removal of THMs and is NSF
certified to reduce THMs to be well below the maximum permissible US
EPA standard of 0.10 mg/L (ppb) for total Trihalomethanes.
The NN Water Filtration System has been tested and certified by NSF to
effectively filter out 99.9999% bacteria, 99.99% viruses and over 150
contaminants to an equal if not lower than permissible level for safe,
clean drinking water.
As this test is conducted and certified for the life of the filtration cartridge
– which is 5000 liters or 1 year usage, whichever earlier - there’s no
worry of any water contamination or carcinogenic effect within the lifespan
of cartridge.

Q3: Back wash is commonly used here in Malaysia because
water here is generally a little muddy even after it is treated.
However, Nano Nature need not be washed and would
clogging occur?

A: Nano Nature pleated NanoCeram wrap pre-filter enables our
system to have 3-4 times the dirt holding capacity over
competitors’ products.
It won’t clog as easy as other filters and is able to perform more
than competitor’s products (See dirt holding capacity test
report/slide showing that our filter had the best flow rate among
many others)

Q4: As Malaysia’s water has different amount of sediments
pending areas, how does it affect the filter? Will it affect both
the flow rate and filtration performance?

A: Flow rate with any filter may be reduced with water containing
high sediments running through it over time; but filtration
performance has been tested and certified to 5000 liters by an
independent laboratory. In short, flow rate through time is
dependent on water quality in different areas.
Basically, the flow rate will slow down if it gets clogged, but the
water will still be filtered. Our pleated NanoCeram wrap pre-filter,
with 3-4 times the dirt holding capacity over the competition,
reduces clogging while maintaining filtration performance.

Q5: Will there be a situation whereby the flow rate slows down
before a year is up, or before filtering 5000 liters of water? Is
there any replacement for the customer since we claim the
filter can filter 5000 liters of water?

A: Consumable items, such as the filter cartridge, are not covered
under the warranty. No filtration systems cover cartridges affected
by poor incoming water quality.
However based on tests conducted, TW Nano Nature System is
efficient as a filter and has one the best flow rate in the market.

Q6: TW Nano Nature System Filtration System removes 152
contaminants but still allows essential minerals to pass
through?

A: Yes, essential minerals can pass through. Nano Nature System has
been tested not to de-mineralize water

Q7: Can the contaminants that build up inside the nano-ceram wrap
and the carbon filter contaminate the water coming out of the
system through time?

A: No, the contaminants that are absorbed will not be released.

Q8: There are many filtration systems in the market and each have
various claims of extra energy, offering oxygenated water,
breaking down of water molecules, etc. How does our system
compare?

A: There are various filters with different types of claim but there should
be supporting scientific evidence for these claims. Many of which
supporting scientific data may not be available.
The best way to represent Nano Nature versus others is by focusing
on the basics. Filtration and Certifications. TW Nano Nature
Filtration System has NSF and WQA certifications and all the test
reports that validate everything claimed. Many competitors may
only have NSF certification of some components.
Our Nano Nature Filtration System is FULLY certified by NSF and
WQA.

Q9: Does the location of the unit affect the performance of system?
A: No. However to protect the aesthetic look of the unit through time, it
is advisable not to place it in areas constantly under direct sunlight.

Q10: An AAA battery is needed for the LED panel. Can it last the life
of the filtration cartridge? Will it run out of battery before the
life of the cartridge ends?

A: The AAA battery is tested to last the life of the cartridge. But It is
advisable to change these batteries with any change of the carbon
filter, to avoid battery drained out in midst of next filter cartridge life
span.

Q11: What’s activated carbon filter?
A: Activated carbon is produced in two stages. In the first stage, the
material (coconut) is burned to produce charcoal. Then that material
is heated to 1000 C and steam is added which causes some of the
carbon charcoal to burn to create more porous and chemically active
surfaces/structure. The pore size distribution is somewhat
controlled by the activation time and temperature.

Understanding Carbon Block Filter

Q1: What’s activated carbon filter?
A: Activated carbon is produced in two stages. In the first stage, the
material (coconut) is burned to produce charcoal. Then that material
is heated to 1000 C and steam is added which causes some of the
carbon charcoal to burn to create more porous and chemically active
surfaces/structure. The pore size distribution is somewhat
controlled by the activation time and temperature.

Q2: Why is carbon block filter better than granulated carbon filters?
A: A high density carbon block performs a dual function, both mechanical
and chemical filtration. GAC (granulated carbon) only performs chemical
filtration.
In a carbon block, carbon granules are tightly bound together, creating a
“torturous” path for the water to flow through; forcing water to have
intimate contact with the carbon.
Granular carbon filters don’t have such a torturous path and often have a
lot of channeling. Water takes the least path of resistance and dead
spaces are created in the GAC filter where performance is greatly
reduced. Chemical reduction with carbon blocks is much better.
In addition, TW NN Water Filtration System has a carbon block with
special additives that also attracts and hold on to heavy metals such as
lead, etc and chloramine which others may not have.

Q3: If only one person uses the system, i.e system is rarely used at
home, can it go longer than one year without carbon filter
replacement?

A: The meter will tell you to change the filter after 1 year, even if low
usage. It is not advisable to use it for longer periods as filter is tested
for 5000 liters or 1 year usage, whichever earlier.

Understanding Bakuhan Enhancement Tank

Q1: If a consumer is taking a calcium/magnesium health
supplement, will they get an overdose of mineral intake
drinking from Nano NatureFiltration System?

A: Magnesium and Calcium are water soluble, excess in the body is
filtered at the kidneys and excreted in urine and sweat; for this
reason it is very difficult to overdose on these minerals from
dietary sources.
One would have to drink 12 liters of mineral water per day to
reach the UL of 2500 mg/day or drink 10 liters while taking a 500
mg supplement. Drinking this much water is harmful. The average
daily recommended intake of water is only 2 liters.

Q2: When we boil our filtered water, will we still benefit from the
minerals content in the water?

A: Yes, only the water evaporates, the minerals remain.
